TATA AIG IPL Contest Full Terms and Conditions

• The TATA AIG IPL Lucky Draw Contest (“Contest”) is a promotional activity organised by TATA AIG General Insurance Company Limited (“TATA AIG” / “Organiser”).
• Participation or winning does not require purchase of any insurance product and does not influence underwriting, premium, claims, or policy issuance decisions.
• Participation in the Contest is voluntary and subject to these Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs”).

• The Contest shall commence at 00:00 hours IST on February 16, 2026 and end at 23:59 hours IST on May 15, 2026 (“Contest Period”).
• Entries received outside the Contest Period shall not be considered.

The Contest is open to:

• Indian residents aged 18 years or above
• Individuals generating a valid insurance quote on the official TATA AIG website (www.tataaig.com) or TATA AIG app
• Employees, directors, contractors, agents, channel partners, distributors, marketing/advertising agencies of Tata AIG and their immediate family members are not eligible.
• The Contest is void where prohibited by applicable law.

• Visit www.tataaig.com or the official TATA AIG app during the Contest Period
• Generate a valid quote for any of the available insurance products
• Upon successful completion of the quote journey and reaching the quote results page, the participant will automatically receive one (1) entry into the lucky draw subject to entry restrictions mentioned below.
• By participating, the participant consents to TATA AIG processing their personal data for contest administration and communication.

No purchase or payment is required to participate.

• Maximum one (1) entry per person
• Renewals/extensions are excluded as the Contest is intended solely to promote new quote journeys.A unique entry is identified based on participants mobile number
• Multiple entries during contest period using the same mobile number shall still count as 1 entry
• Incomplete, incorrect, fake, or misleading information will result in disqualification

Prize

IPL match tickets / IPL themed Merchandise

Important:

• Prizes are non-transferable and non-resaleable
• No cash alternative shall be provided
• Prizes are offered on a no-refund, no exchange basis.
• TATA AIG reserves the right to modify, substitute, or withdraw prizes based on availability without prior notice
• Match and location selection shall be determined solely by TATA AIG based on availability and operational considerations and cannot be modified thereafter.

• Winners shall be selected through a technology-based randomization tool

The selection process and decision of TATA AIG shall be final and binding and no correspondence shall be entertained in the said regards.

• Winners will be contacted on their registered mobile no.via call, SMS / WhatsApp,.
• By participating, the participant consents to being contacted on these channels
• Winner names will be published on: TATA AIG app

If a winner is unreachable, or fails to provide required verification details, TATA AIG reserves the right to Disqualify the winner and/or conduct a redraw.

• IPL tickets shall be issued only after successful identity verification of the winner
• Winners must provide: Valid government-issued photo identification
• Winners must provide: Details matching the information provided at the time of quote generation
• Tickets must be collected physically by the winner from a designated location (exact location, date, and time to be communicated by TATA AIG)

• TATA AIG will not arrange or bear the cost of transportation to or from the match venue
• Winners shall be solely responsible for arranging their own travel, accommodation, and related logistics
• TATA AIG shall not be liable for any delays, cancellations, or inconvenience related to travel or venue access
• Entry to the stadium is subject to rules and restrictions imposed by authorities and event organisers and Tata AIG shall not be liable for the same.

TATA AIG reserves the right to:

• Disqualify any participant suspected of fraud, manipulation, or misuse
• Block entries generated through bots, scripts, VPNs, or automated means
• Take legal action where required. The Organiser’s decision in such matters shall be final and binding however all such decisions shall be made in good faith and based on reasonable assessment.

• TATA AIG reserves the right to publish winner names and/or images through any medium or channel and winners give their explicit consent for use of their name, image, or likeness for promotional purposes.
• By accepting the prize, winners grant TATA AIG permission to use their name, image, or likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation
• Any content or communication submitted shall be deemed non-confidential
• IPL®, team names, logos, and related marks belong to their respective owners.

• All participants expressly waive any and all claims against TATA AIG and its affiliates in relation to the Contest
• TATA AIG shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, tax liability, or inconvenience arising from participation or prize usage
• Participants agree to indemnify and hold TATA AIG harmless from any claims arising from their participation

• TATA AIG reserves the right to withdraw, modify, amend, extend, or terminate the Contest and/or these T&Cs at any time without prior notice
• Such changes shall be effective immediately upon publication on the official website
• TATA AIG shall not be responsible or liable for any cancellation, postponement, rescheduling, abandonment, or change of venue of any IPL match, or for any changes in match timing, teams, or format, as these matters are solely under the control of the relevant IPL authorities and/or event organisers.
• TATA AIG shall not be responsible for the condition, location, category, visibility, or seating arrangements of the tickets provided, or for any restrictions, limitations, or conditions imposed by the stadium, event organiser, or governing authorities.
• In the event of match cancellation, rescheduling, or any event-related disruption, TATA AIG shall not be liable to provide replacement tickets, alternative prizes, compensation, or reimbursement of any kind under any circumstances.

• This Contest is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by the IPL governing body or any IPL team
• The Contest is intended for engagement purposes only
• Mere participation does not guarantee winning

• These T&Cs shall be governed by the laws of India
• All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
