A bike No Objection Certificate, or sale letter for a bike, is a judicial document that declares that the licensing agency or lender has no issues with the information contained on the certificate. • Finally, you must pay the fees for the RTO you are working with.
• Print the online application as well as the acknowledgement receipt that was generated.
• Deliver the application forms, acknowledgement letter, and other relevant documents to the RTO yourself.
