  • Photocopy of your PAN Card. If you don't have it, complete and submit Form 60.
  • The dealer's purchase invoice and the manufacturer's invoice were supplied to the dealer.
  • Photos (passport-size)
  • Proof of birth date, photocopy of driving licence, PAN Card, passport, etc.
  • Printing the chassis and engine numbers using a pencil drawing
