The Thai government does issue visas on arrival (VOAs) to Indian citizens, but they must meet the following requirements:

• It would help if you had a valid passport that is at least thirty days old and must be genuine.
• You must have a verified address in Thailand, whether a hotel or an apartment.
• It is necessary to show a confirmed return ticket that they are leaving Thailand within fifteen days of entry. Open tickets are not eligible.
• Upon entering Thailand, you require your return flight ticket. You will most likely be denied entry without proving that you will leave Thailand within fifteen days.
• In addition, you must prove that you have funds for your stay in Thailand of at least 20,000 THB per family and 10,000 THB per person.
• Entry fees are subject to change without notice and are 2,000 THB (₹4,460). The Thai currency is the only form of payment.

Online application- VFS Global's official website allows you to apply for a Thailand visa. Applicants must provide basic and passport information to apply for a visa online. Individuals can initiate online visa applications at http://www.vfs-thailand.co.in/ by visiting the official VFS Global website. To apply for a Thailand visa, the applicant should choose one of the following Thailand Visa Application Centres:

1. The Royal Thai Embassy - New Delhi
2. The Royal Thai Consulate General – Kolkata
3. The Royal Thai Consulate General – Chennai
4. The Royal Thai Consulate General – Mumbai

Offline Application – Through the VFS Global Thailand Visa Application Centres, applicants can apply offline (on paper) through the Royal Thai Embassy. You can download the application form from the VFS Global website and submit it with the required documents.

The passport retrieval hours are 8:00 to 12:00 - 13:00 to 15:00 (Monday-Friday).
