What are the Philippines Entry Visa Requirements?

9 (F) Student Visa

9 (B) Transit Visa**

Current Passport - With a validity of at least 6 months from the date of departure to the Philippines and 2 blank pages.

2 Photographs - Clear passport-size photographs on a white background, with prim and proper hairstyle to ensure complete visibility of eyes. Do not wear a pair of lenses or other accessories.

Travel Tickets - Proof of travel itinerary with ticket printouts of all the flights to and from the Philippines.

Proof of Visa Fee Payment - Demand draft issuance proof to indicate complete payment towards the Embassy of the Republic of the Philippines.

Financial Proof - Bank statements of a minimum of the last 6 months or salary slips of the same period to validate your financial stability to cover all expenses of the trip while in the Philippines.

Proof of Accommodation - Hotel bookings or other accommodation bookings proof as printouts.

Philippines Work Visa Requirements for Indian Citizens

In addition to the documents mentioned above that are required for a tourist visa, the following documents are also necessary to apply for a work visa for the Philippines from India:

Invitation letter - Employer invitation letter stating the duration of the work visit and brief description of job role and responsibilities.

Police Clearance Certificate - Proof of no criminal activity and practices from the home country.

Certificate from Current Employer - Letter from the current employer clearly stating the decision to relocate you to the Philippines office.

Philippines Business Visa Requirements from Indian Citizens

In addition to the documents mentioned above that are required for a tourist visa, the following documents are also necessary to apply for a business visa for the Philippines from India:

Invitation letter from a Philippines Company - In case you are travelling for a work trip to complete business operations, you need to submit an invitation letter from the partner company or client.

Company Registration Documents - If you wish to establish a business in the Philippines or contribute to an existing business plan from India to the Philippines, you must submit company registration proof.

Philippines Student Visa Requirements from Indian Citizens

In addition to the documents mentioned above that are required for a tourist visa, the following documents are also necessary to apply for a student visa for the Philippines from India:

Certificate of Eligibility - Acceptance and offer letter from the respective institute or university of the Philippines where the admission is finalised.

Proof of Financial Support - Valid financial documents like bank statements of parents or guardians who will be supporting your education and other expenses throughout your stay in the Philippines.

Academic Proof - Other educational documents like high school transcripts, diplomas, course certificates, etc.

Proof of Medical Fitness - Completed medical examination certificates from one of the authorised clinics, diagnostic centres, or hospitals under the Indian National Accreditation Board for Hospitals and Healthcare Providers (NABH).
