Account Deletion for Tata AIG Mobile App

Tata AIG General Insurance Company Limited (referred to as "Tata AIG") is committed to protecting the privacy of every individual who visits our website or mobile applications, and have taken reasonable steps to protect your Personal Information and/or Sensitive Personal Data or Information.

Should you still be willing to proceed to delete your data, please follow the steps below: Please write us an email at with subject “Delete My Account Data - #Your Mobile Number#”

We would be able to delete your data in next 15 days. In case, you are our existing customer, the data included within policy/quotes/renewal notices/ endorsement letter will still be available with us and cannot be deleted. For our guest users and non registered TATA AIG policy holders, we will delete the data within stipulated time.

Note: You will be still be able to login to our Mobile App after data deletion, and a new account will get created.
