Treaty Investor/ Treaty Trader Visa: This visa type is issued to foreign individuals who want to go to the Philippines to develop and direct the operations of an enterprise.

Pre-Arranged Employment Visa (9G): The Philippines pre-arranged employment visa is the most common type of work visa issued to foreign nationals who want to work in the Philippines. They must engage in any lawful occupation, whether for salary, wages, or other forms of compensation.

Special Visa for Employment Generation: It is the visa type issued to foreign individuals who want to employ at least 10 Filipinos in a lawful and sustainable trade, enterprise, or industry.

Special Employment Visa for Offshore Banking Unit: This visa type is issued to foreign individuals whom their foreign bank assigns to work in its offshore banking branch in the Philippines.

An Alien Employment Permit or AEP is a Philippines work permit visa for Indian citizens that authorises them to work in the Philippines. The Department of Labour and Employment issues the permit, which is initially valid for 1 year and can be renewed for up to 3 years depending on the duration of employment in the Philippines.

Philippines Job Visa for Indian Application Process

Step 1: Visit the CGAF from the Public Information and Assistance Unit or the official Bureau of Immigration, Philippines website.

Step 2: Submit the required documents for pre-screening to the CRU (Central Receiving Unit) or an Immigration officer at your nearest Philippines Consulate or Embassy.
