Overstay Fees - Applicants who overstay their visa need to pay the overstay fees decided by the Bureau of Immigration (BI). The overstay fees may vary depending on the visa type and duration of overstay. The monetary fee includes a fixed amount plus an additional amount depending on the overstaying month.
