Step 4: Choose the correct RTO on the next screen and accept the terms of service.

Step 2: Go to the Nearest RTO

  • You can visit the RTO with your vehicle, fill out the application form and provide all the vehicle-related information at the counter.

Step 3: Submit the Application

  • After completing the application form, you must attach all the documents specified and check them thoroughly for any missing information.

Step 4: Pay the Renewal Fees

  • Along with the application form, you may pay the renewal fees depending on the vehicle type. Collect the payment receipt for acknowledgement.

Step 6: Verification Process

Using the Parivahan Website

  • Visit the Parivahan Sewa page.

  • Under the ‘Online Services’ tab, choose ‘Vehicle-related Services.’

  • On the next page, select your State as Maharashtra.

  • Once the following screen appears, choose the RTO as ‘Pune’ and tick the box for terms of service acceptance.

  • Click proceed.

  • Next, you will see the ‘Vahan Citizen Services’ page.

  • Head to the Digilocker website on your browser.

  • You must create an account and register yourself using the Aadhar card and other details.

  • Log in and go to the ‘Documents’ tab.

  • Select the ‘Get More Issued documents’ option.

  • Next, you must select the ‘Ministry of Road and Transport.’

  • On the next page, select ’Registration of Vehicles.’
