Registration

• Download the mPassport Seva app on your smartphone from the Google Play Store or the Apple Store.

• Once installed, open the mPassport Seva app and click on ‘New User Registration’ to create an account.

• From the drop-down menu, select the nearest or the applicable Passport Office.

• Fill in your details, including your name, date of birth, email address, and more.

• In the next step, the app will ask you to set a unique login ID. This is the mPassport Seva Login ID, which cannot be similar to your email ID.

• Now set a strong passport.

• You will be asked to set up a security question in case you forget your password. Hence, always choose a question that you will forever know the answer to.

• Enter the captcha that appears on the screen and click on the ‘Submit button. After this, you will receive a verification link for your email ID. Click on it to activate your account.

Login

• Open your mPassport Sewa app and click on the ‘Existing User’ tab.

• Fill in your mPassport Seva login credentials created during registration to access your account.

Application Form

• Select ‘ Apply for Fresh Passport’

• Fill in the application form with accurate personal, family, and other additional details asked.

Documents Upload

• Currently, the app does not support document uploads, so you will have to submit your documents physically at your nearest PSK at the time of your appointment.

Fee Payment

• Proceed to the payment section and pay the applicable fees using your preferred method of payment.

Appointment Scheduling

• After successful payment, schedule an appointment at your preferred PSK based on the available slots.

Application Tracking

• Utilise the mPassport Seva status to track the progress of your passport application.

Visit to PSK

• Attend the scheduled appointment with original documents for verification purposes and biometric data collection.
