The government has made paying road tax online easy. To begin, you can visit the website of Parivahan Sewa by the Ministry of Road Transport & Highways (MoRTH).

On the homepage, you will find a list of services. Go to the section “Vehicle-Related Services.”

In this section, find the option “Other Services” and click on “More.”

On the next page, under the Core Services section, click on “Tax & Fee.”

The next page will have a dropdown list of all states in India. Select Sikkim from the list.

Select Sikkim from the dropdown containing the names of all states and union territories.

Find the option “Pay Your Tax” to pay Sikkim Road Tax Online.

You will be asked for your vehicle’s registration number and the last few digits of its chassis number.
