Best Time to Visit the Maldives

The Maldives is a beach destination country that enjoys suitable weather all round the year, making it an excellent place for tourists to visit from January to December. However, the best time to visit this gorgeous country is between November and April, which is the dry season.

The weather conditions are ideal, with negligible rains, making it a perfect time to enjoy outdoor and adventurous activities thoroughly. However, this is also the peak season in Maldives, which means the places will be crowded and the airfares and accommodation costs are likely to be sky-high.

Alternatively, you can plan to visit the Maldives during the off-season, which also happens to be the rainy season (May to October). The flight tickets and hotel rooms are available at much lower prices and the tourist footfall is also low. This is also the best time to enjoy water activities like scuba diving and surfing
.
