A learning licence is a temporary licence valid for up to 6 months; within this validity period, applicants also need to get their permanent licence. The transport department issues it for learning about motor vehicles.

Learning Licence Hyderabad Online Process

Step 1: Go to the official Government of Telangana Transport Department website.

Step 2: On the homepage, hover over the “Licence” tab and click on the “Learner’s Licence” option under it.

Step 8: Once the payment is done successfully, get your payment receipt printout.

Step 9: Come along with your vehicle. You need a licence, payment receipt, and other necessary documents.

Step 10: After passing your learning licence test successfully, you will be issued with a learning licence.
