On the next page, select the category “General” and tick on the option “Applicant does not hold any Driving/Learning licence issued in India” to proceed.

For the next step, you will be asked for e-KYC. Add your mobile number and OTP in the space provided below.

Now, an application form will be displayed on the screen. Fill it out carefully and upload all the required documents to submit the application.

Now, make the necessary payment for your application and collect the receipt.

For the next step, if you have completed the e-KYC, you will receive a link for an online LL test. If not, you will need to visit the RTO and take the test in person.

After your test is completed, your application will be reviewed before final approval.

Once approved, you can download the learning licence in Nagaland online from the Parivahan portal or get it delivered to your registered address.
