Brazil Work Visa Requirements For Indian Citizens

The following criteria must be fulfilled for successful visa applications:

VITEM V

The applicant must have a Brazilian-ruled employment contract that the Ministry of Labour approves.

The application must be initiated by the Brazilian company.

The Brazilian company must receive pre-approval of the work permit from the Brazilian Ministry of Justice.

VITEM XII

The Brazilian employer must make all necessary arrangements related to the employment contract.

The Brazilian Ministry of Labour must approve the employment contract.

VITEM XIV

One can be granted this visa if they work for a foreign employee while in Brazil.

Within 30 days of entry in Brazil, holders of Digital Nomad Visa (VITEM XIV) must submit a copy of the visa application (given by the Embassy) and register at the Federal Police.
